Kosovo Paying Agency studies IT solutions at AMA
A delegation of experts from the Paying Agency of Kosovo visited Agrarmarkt Austria (AMA) for 2 days to get acquainted with AMA IT solutions in place.
AMA experts from the Development for Compensatory Payments explained the software requirements for the administration of investment support schemes as well as area based schemes. Moreover, the head of AMA's IT department and the unit for software development explained in detail AMA's IT strategy, organization of an IT department, IT project management, IT security issues, AMA's software development process, ISO certification etc.
