Expert visit from the Agricultural and Rural Development Agency MVH on 11 February

Experts from the monitoring and evaluation unit from the Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (MVH) discussed with colleagues from AMA and the Austrian Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management the monitoring and evaluation of the rural development programme.
The main objective was to share and exchange expertise in the field of monitoring and evaluation of the rural development programme and the control frame of investment measures.
During the first meeting with the experts in charge of the monitoring and reporting within the Federal Ministry, the participants discussed in detail the data base and indicators used to monitor and evaluate the rural development programme as required by the European Commission.
The afternoon was dedicated to discuss the control frame of the ex post controls as well as the monitoring and evaluation of rural development measures in the Paying Agency.
